Conneaut High Evacuated Tuesday

Conneaut High School was evacuated Tuesday morning when a bomb threat was found written in a restroom. A bomb-sniffing dog arrived late Tuesday morning to check the premises, but police believe the threat was a hoax. Conneaut Police Chief Michael Colby said nothing was found and they believe there was nothing to find. According to Principal Tim Neal, a message of a “general bomb threat nature” was discovered at around 8:30 a.m. Officials believe the message was “non-credible,” but administrators followed protocol and evacuated students.
